UK DELIVERY UPDATE JAN 2022
We use Royal Mail Tracked Services for all our UK shipments.
Orders under £75 are sent via Tracked 48. The tracking will show the location of the item in it's journey to you. Normally deliver within 3 - 5 working days
Orders over £75 are sent via Tracked 24. The tracking will show the location of the item in it's journey to you. It is NOT a guaranteed 24 hour delivery
Due to the increased volume of Christmas Post and staff shortages caused by Covid, THERE ARE SEVERE DELAYS IN ROYAL MAIL'S NETWORK. Your package will very likely take MUCH LONGER to be delivered. ROYAL MAIL are advising of delays of up to 3 to 4 weeks in some areas.
Royal Mail will not consider the package lost until at least 28 days from despatch and hence we will not be able to re-send your package free of charge until this time has elapsed.

EXPRESS UK DELIVERY - (COURIER TRACKED)
If you need your package within a certain time frame then please select the 'Express Tracked Courier Service'. This is NOT sent via Royal Mail. Instead, we use a range of other couriers depending on destination.
Express service packages will normally be delivered within 1-3 working days.
The cost of Express to most parts of the UK is £8 (excludes Highlands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and other outlying areas)

- As the UK is no longer in the EU customs union, EU purchases are now regarded as 'imports' and subject to extra charges.
- All other countries also levy charges
- The extra charges are levied by your country and are out of our control
- You may therefore be asked to pay these fees by your customs department or the courier before they will deliver the goods.
- These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and we are not liable to reimburse you

As such, only bottles containing small volumes of liquids (10ml or less) such as eye drops can be sent. Contact lens solutions are likely to be seized and destroyed.
